Acts, Not Ads – Lights of Hope – Nate Olsen

The brand, H&H, partnered with Brite Ideas Decorating and Abide Network Omaha in making Abide’s dream of “Lights of Hope” a reality. Two powerful Omaha businesses came together to strengthen the Omaha community.

The brand was trying to reach a wide range of audiences via earned, owned and paid media. The story earned news coverage from local news stations and papers along with placing boosted social posts and creating their own branded content.

The brand’s goal was to increase the the brand’s overall level of awareness within the community. The campaign adds a level of social value and entertainment unseen from most companies in the area. Pulling on the heart strings of the Omaha community to take action and remember H&H as the company that gives back.

The brand’s purpose is to enrich the outdoor lives of their customers in any situation, whether that is a lush healthy lawn for  kids and pets to play on or an outdoor space fit for a god. The brand exists to the craft the outdoors.

The brand promoted the event on their website blog called, Craft The Outdoors along with promoting the content on both Abide and Brite Idea’s Decorating social feeds. All three news stations featured the story in their broadcasts, click the link to view WOWT’s coverage. Along with being featured in the periodical newspaper the, Gretna Guide.

The story reached it’s target audience and the event was a success.
