Sun Tan City noticed that certain times in the day, like around 5 pm, their stores got to be very busy, which means long wait times. Wait times could be up to an hour long, and a lot of people were not okay with waiting that long and took their business to other salons with lower wait times. They came up with a great idea – an app that allows customers to check in online. Its basically the same as call ahead seating, just reserve your spot in line and show up at the time you checked in for. This app has other amenities too! You can manage your account, purchase a membership or a package and view wait times across every Sun Tan City in your area. This app is a great piece of owned media as it makes tanning more convenient for customers.
