Why: When consumers purchase items online they expect to have the products delivered within the next couple of days. This commercial helps to assure Amazon consumers that they will get their purchase within the next day.

Who: This commercial is designed for current and potential consumers. I

What: The Amazon commercial shows potential consumers the benefits of having Amazon Prime. This commercial also adds an emotional element with the addition of a pet.

Where: This is paid media because Amazon funded the media space to show the commercial.

Audience Insight: This commercial adds a need and emotional element to the audience.
